Guitar Card

Hi guys. So have you seen the challenge over at "Welcome to Flourishes"? It's a great challenge ...with an even greater prize...so go check it out. :)

I made a shaped card for my husband's birthday. He's big into music and plays the guitar...so when I saw a "guitar card" on Pinterest...I just had to try one myself.

There's a lot of parts to this card...and it did take quite some time to complete it, but I love how it turned out...

 ...and he loved it as well. :) So goal accomplished :)

Favourite Cards from 2013

Hey guys. I always love the posts that look back thru time to showcase favourite cards. I was going to do this post at the end of December, but we've had issues with our computer, so it's been postponed. But I decided to do it anyways -- even if we are a week into the new year. :p

It's been a fun year of creating. I learned some new techniques, used new supplies...and definitely changed it up. :) Thanks for stopping by my blog...and the comments you leave. They make showcasing the cards I create that much more fun! :)
